The Diversity Charter is a strong instrument of commitment to promoting equal opportunities and diversity in every workplace in Greece. Since 2004, this initiative has expanded to every Member State of the European Union, with 27 countries implementing and continuously strengthening the European effort to promote the Charter.
The implementation and support of the Charter are based on the active participation of state leaders, institutional bodies, ministries, public organisations, and business associations, creating a broad and dynamic framework of cooperation for a more fair and inclusive working environment.

Ο παρών Απολογισμός αποτυπώνει ένα σημαντικό μέρος του έργου, των πρωτοβουλιών, των συνεργασιών και των δράσεων που υλοποιήθηκαν κατά την εξεταζόμενη περίοδο, στο πλαίσιο της αποστολής και των αρχών της Χάρτας Διαφορετικότητας. Αποτελεί ένα εργαλείο διαφάνειας, λογοδοσίας και ενημέρωσης για τα μέλη της Χάρτας, τους συνεργαζόμενους φορείς, καθώς και για τις επιχειρήσεις και τους οργανισμούς που συμμετέχουν ενεργά στο δίκτυό μας, αλλά και για κάθε ενδιαφερόμενο πρόσωπο. Παράλληλα, αναδεικνύει τη συμβολή της Χάρτας στην προώθηση της διαφορετικότητας, της ισότητας και της συμπερίληψης στην αγορά εργασίας και στην κοινωνία ευρύτερα, με στόχο ένα περιβάλλον χωρίς αποκλεισμούς, όπου όλοι και όλες έχουν ίσες ευκαιρίες να αναπτυχθούν και να συνεισφέρουν.
