The Diversity Charter, is an initiative of the European Commission that aims to promote diversity in Greek businesses, institutions, and organisations. It was established in Greece in 2019, bringing the European vision of equality and inclusion into the Greek working environment.

The Diversity Charter is a strong instrument of commitment to promoting equal opportunities and diversity in every workplace in Greece. Since 2004, this initiative has expanded to every Member State of the European Union, with 27 countries implementing and continuously strengthening the European effort to promote the Charter.

The implementation and support of the Charter are based on the active participation of state leaders, institutional bodies, ministries, public organisations, and business associations, creating a broad and dynamic framework of cooperation for a more fair and inclusive working environment.
